FMM WORKSHOP ON BEST PRACTICES IN CRAFTING HUMAN RESOURCE POLICIES AND EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS

This two-day workshop equips HR practitioners, managers and business leaders with practical knowledge to develop, review and implement legally compliant HR policies and employment contracts. Participants will gain insights into employment terms, disciplinary procedures, statutory obligations, workplace conduct and industrial relations, in line with Malaysian employment laws and best practices, while minimising legal and operational risks.

This two-day workshop is designed to enhance participants’ understanding of effective human resource management practices in Malaysia. The programme covers the development and implementation of HR policies, employment contract drafting, employment terms and classifications, workplace conduct, disciplinary procedures, anti-harassment, anti-bribery and whistleblowing policies, as well as termination and resignation procedures.

Participants will gain practical knowledge to strengthen HR compliance, manage employee relations effectively and minimise legal and operational risks in accordance with Malaysian employment laws and best practices.
