Manager (After Sales/Service)

Job Description 

• The After Sales (Service) Manager is responsible for managing the overall service operations of the dealership, ensuring efficient workshop performance, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.
  
• The role oversees service advisors, technicians, parts coordination, workshop productivity, quality standards, and operating costs. The Manager ensures compliance with Toyota standards, safety requirements, and company procedures while resolving customer concerns effectively.
  
• The position also drives service revenue, customer retention, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. In addition, the Manager leads and develops the service team, monitors key performance indicators, and implements strategies to improve after-sales performance and profitability.
